Dato’ Margaret Yeo Eng Hong, a Barrister-at-Law from Lincoln’s Inn, London, also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from King’s College, University of London, United Kingdom. With over 25 years of practice, she brings extensive expertise in merchant and commercial banking, specialised and tailored loan documentation, property sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, agency, and other commercial transactions involving both local and international parties.

In addition to her legal practice, Dato’ Yeo is a Notary Public and a Certified Mediator. Fluent in English, Malay, Mandarin, and several Chinese dialects, she is highly effective in communicating and negotiating at all levels of both government and private enterprise. Beyond her legal work, Dato’ Yeo also contributes to the corporate sector by serving on the Board of Directors of various companies, where she actively represents clients’ interests.
