Ms. Yong Min Qian holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Liverpool and was called to the Bar on 22 December 2017, before being admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. She professional experience with a primary focus on conveyancing and property law since her admission to the Bar.

Her experience includes handling property and auction transactions, loan and refinancing documentation, tenancy agreements, and perfection of transfer and charge. She is also actively involved in estate planning and administration, including the drafting of wills, trust deeds, and powers of attorney, as well as appearances for probate, letters of administration, and small estate distribution.
Ms. Yong is recognised for her meticulous drafting skills, practical legal advice, and effective communication with clients, bankers, developers, and government bodies. She manages her files with diligence and independence, ensuring timely progress and compliance with all legal requirements.
