Our Team

Ms. Olivia Chin Su Fung holds an LL.B (Hons) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Trade Law from the University of Northumbria, United Kingdom, and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2009. She began her career at the Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC) 2006, serving in the International Trade and Finance Unit and later the Environment, Outer Space, and Private International Law Unit. As Federal Counsel and Deputy Public Prosecutor, she advised ministries, represented Malaysia in international treaty negotiations, and was part of the legal team for the Malaysia–US Free Trade Agreement negotiations.

Ms. Chin later joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), before moving into the corporate sector as Corporate and Legal Manager at Toptrans Group of Companies, and subsequently Public Affairs Manager at Moët Hennessy Diageo Malaysia. On 8 May 2015, she established her own practice under the name Messrs Olivia Chin & Co., where she built a strong practice in family law, corporate, trade, and dispute resolution. She continues to advise on corporate law, international trade, and estate planning, while also contributing actively to charitable work through Kiwanis Malaysia, where she previously served as Governor of Kiwanis Malaysia District 2024-2025.
