Our Team

Ms. Tan Boon Diam, a Barrister-at-Law from Lincoln’s Inn, London, holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. She has been in legal practice since 1995, with a primary focus on conveyancing and banking law. Her extensive experience spans from consumer to corporate loans, as well as documentation for loan restructuring, including standstill and settlement agreements, debt–equity swaps, and third-party indemnities.

Recognised for her expertise, Ms. Tan has been invited to lecture bank officers on legal documentation. Beyond banking and conveyancing, she also handles debt recovery actions, family law, and probate proceedings.

Ms. Tan is also a Registered Company Secretary, providing corporate advisory and compliance services to companies across various industries. She further advises and negotiates for companies in the water and sewerage industry, representing clients in contracts and joint venture/consortium arrangements. Since 2003, she has also been actively involved in legal due diligence exercises for companies with specialised financing requirements.
